HARDWARE MARKETING + SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and conduct field visits to hardware retail store owners, construction site managers, contractors, and factory procurement officers to develop new business accounts.
• Understand client requirements deeply to provide accurate product quotations, conduct price negotiations, and close sales deals successfully.
• Elevate the market presence and trust factor of our hardware products, successfully generating inbound inquiries from potential builders, contractors, or retail buyers.
• Monitor frontline market trends closely, providing timely feedback to management regarding client responses on product quality/pricing, as well as competitors’ tactics and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in hardware, building materials, machinery, or the construction industry will be highly prioritized.
• Results-driven, outgoing personality with strong stress tolerance. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business negotiation skills are paramount.
• Proficient in English , Mandarin , Malay to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation for business trips as required.

• Monday-Saturday 8.00am-5.00pm
• Salary : RM 3,000.00 - RM 5,000.00 + Allowance + Commission
