SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a proactive, hardworking, and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction
activities, manage workforce efficiency, and ensure all site operations run safely and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Supervision: Provide hands-on on-site management to ensure all construction works progress strictly according to schedule.
• Quality Control: Strictly monitor and ensure that all on-site workmanship complies with approved architectural/ engineering drawings and specifications.
• Resource Coordination: Effectively coordinate manpower deployment, construction materials, and subcontractors to eliminate bottlenecks and hit project milestones.
• Progress & Safety: Maintain accurate daily site reports, enforce strict site safety protocols, and proactively prevent accidents or delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.
• Highly independent, safety-conscious, and motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Capable of leading workers and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders.
