  • Diploma or Certificate holder in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university / institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in supervision of M&E works in construction industry.
  • Must be a BEM registered Inspector of Works.
  • Able to monitor and inspect M&E works on site.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and be based on site.
