FARM SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Farm Supervisor to join our agriculture firm.
Requirements

• Preferable male
• Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in related field
• Must have work experience as farm supervisor or any similar working experience (coffee & various type of fruits)
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills (English, BM & Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Supervise planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities
• Manage and guide farm workers
• Monitor crop growth, pests, and diseases
• Ensure proper use of farm inputs and equipment
• Report daily farm activities to management
