INTERIOR DESIGNER / COORDINATOR

• Develop creative interior design concepts and space-planning solutions.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Produce detailed construction and technical drawings.
• Meet clients to understand their needs, style and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Conduct site visits, measurements and progress inspections.
• Ensure projects meet design intent, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Source furniture, lighting, finishes and materials.
• Manage design revisions and maintain proper project documentation.
• Assist with quotations, presentations and project handovers.
• Own Vehicle

Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software;
good communication, creativity, technical knowledge and attention to detail.
