OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or F&B industry.
• Experience in outlet management or supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Able to manage staff and daily outlet operations, work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Non-Muslim candidates only due to handling of non-halal products.

Tasks include:

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets throughout Sarawak.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure products meet quality standards in terms of storage, handling and display.
• Maintain good customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outlet performance and ensure all operational procedures are followed.
• Lead and supervise team to ensure tasks and directives from Superior/ Management are carried out effectively.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and provide support when needed.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper work standards are maintained.
