- Possessed minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in QAQC in the concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, including inspection methods, testing procedures, and documentation practices.
- Technical understanding of concrete materials, structural components, and manufacturing processes in the construction or utilities sector.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant standards or codes applicable to concrete products.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis, report writing, and use of quality-related software or tools for tracking non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with production, engineering, and management teams on-site.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and safety.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or utilities-related projects is preferred, especially in concrete or similar materials.
