QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description :-

• Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation
• Prepare subcontractor evaluation
• Manage progress claims and payment certificates
• Prepare variation orders
• Cost monitoring and reporting Skills :-
• Costing and budgeting management
• Contract administration and knowledge of construction contracts

Qualifications and Requirements: -

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in construction quantity surveying
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Wiling to learn, self-motivated and proactive
• Required spoken and written language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin spoken is an added advantage
• Possess own transport
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
