RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and serve walk-in and phone-in customers
• Assist with customer orders and delivery arrangements
• Handle daily administrative tasks
• Assist with retail sales activities
• Perform other daily store duties and tasks assigned by the company

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is detail-oriented and responsible
• Is polite and customer-friendly, with good communication skills
• Is proactive and able to work independently without constant reminders
• Is hardworking and willing to learn
• Works well with colleagues as part of a team
• Is punctual and has good attendance
• Can listen, speak and read Chinese and Malay; knowledge of English is an added advantage
• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred
