JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with relevant construction experience to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant construction experience.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience are preferred.
• Experience in civil, structural, road, drainage or infrastructure works would be beneficial.
• Familiar with progress claims, quantity taking-off, Bill of Quantities and basic contract documentation.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and careful when dealing with figures, quantities, measurements and documentation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare progress claims, including quantity taking-off, measurement and supporting documents.
• Review routine subcontractor submissions and correspondence to ensure the required information is in order before submission.
• Maintain proper records of claims, measurements and contractual documents.
• Assist in contract administration and variation documentation.
