Job Details
- Review tender documents, tender reports and contract documents
- Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates, budgets and valuations for construction projects
- Evaluate subcontractor’s claims and certify progress payments
- Monitor project costs and provide cost-related support throughout the project lifecycle
- Any other duties assigned by management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, valuation, and subcontractor claims
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
