Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from planning to completion
• Lead, develop and manage project teams
• Drive programme, progress and resources
• Manage subcontractors and site coordination
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities
• Control cost, quality, safety and contractual matters
• Identify problems early and make practical decisions
• Deliver projects with accountability and results

We Are Looking for a Project Leader Who Has:

• Strong experience in roadworks / infrastructure / civil construction projects
• Proven track record in managing sizeable projects
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of contractual and commercial matters
• Relevant engineering qualification with working experience in construction / infrastructure projects
