QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Working Experience

• Minimum 2 years in construction quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Prepare subcontractor evaluation.
• Manage progress claims and payment certificates.
• Prepare variation orders.
• Cost monitoring and reporting.

Skills

• Costing and budgeting management.
• Contract administration and knowledge of construction contracts.
• Microsoft Word & Excel.
