Job Details
- Minimum diploma qualification or similar working experience
- Understanding of pre / post contract
- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
- Tender document / costing preparation & submission
- Acquire quotations from suppliers / subcontractors and assess quotations; negotiate and award subcontractors & suppliers; prepare and monitor material delivery schedule and wastage control
- Manage, monitor and coordinate all QS works (take-off for BQ preparations & price analysis, tender document preparation & submission)
- Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiar with local suppliers / contractors (materials purchase / contractor)
