CONTRACT MANAGER

Job Description

• Pre-Contract / Tender - Calling quotation, preparing costing and tender preparation for Tender submission.
• Post Contract - Preparing Progress claim, Progress Report, Progress Payment for Sub-Contractor, Variation Order and Final Account for on-going project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and sub-contractors on project progress.
• Carry out any other duties related to Quantity Surveying, commercial management, and project requirements as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirement

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Strong pre- and post-contract experience, client/consultant meetings, contract administration, mentoring junior QS
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, cost control, and claims management.
• Responsibility, a good working attitude, and self-motivated.

Salary: RM10,000.00/Month
