STOCK ADMIN / STORE ADMIN

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update stock records
• Record incoming and outgoing materials
• Check quantity and condition of materials received
• Prepare delivery orders, stock records and related documents
• Monitor stock balance and identify low-stock items
• Coordinate with site/project teams regarding material requirements
• Assist with stock checking and periodic stock take
• Maintain proper filing of stock and store documents
• Ensure the store is properly organised
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Store Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in stock/store administration
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Stock System
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills
• Responsible, careful and detail-oriented
• Able to communicate and coordinate with site staff
• Experience in construction, piping or building materials is an advantage
