Job Details
  • Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 3 years and above of work experience in the field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Sketch Up / Adobe / BIM is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of authorities’ submission requirements.
  • Developing concept designs, producing construction drawings, assisting with feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Attend meetings and site inspections.
  • Assist in contract administration and project coordination.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

MS HO ARCHITECT - 1. ARCHITECT (PART 1 / PART 2) (Kuching, Sarawak), Degree in Architecture or a related field, At least 3 years and above of work experience in the field, Developing concept designs, producing construction drawings, assisting with feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. 2. ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSPERSON (Kuching, Sarawak), Diploma/Degree in Architecture or a related field, At least 3 years and above of work experience in the field, Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
