EVENT COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS
 

• Proficient in graphic design and editing software
• Proficient in Canva and SketchUp
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro is an advantage
• Female preferred
• Possess own transport & valid driving licence
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Willing to work weekends and travel outstation
• Experience in event management is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)

YOUR ROLE
 

• Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution
• Work closely with clients, vendors and team members
• Design and edit event-related graphics, presentations and visual content using Canva, SketchUp and other design software
• Design 3D stage, booth and event layouts for proposals and presentations
• Produce motion graphics, animations and event videos
• Manage event timelines, logistics and budgets
• Ensure smooth on-site and off-site operation for events
