(S1) ENGINEER (PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY)

Responsibility
 

• Responsible for ensuring the effective transfer of technical knowledge and new technologies into production   operations, ensuring full compliance with established standard and specification.
• Supervise the day-to-day technical activities carried out by subordinates and actively ensure the safety of both the   staff and the workplace.
• Prepare the work schedule for each themed job within the sub-group, confirm that the action plan is being   followed accordingly, and ensure achievements meet the target plan.
• Check and monitor Manufacturing Standards closely, introducing and implementing necessary changes when  required.

Requirement:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or any Engineering or Science related field.
• Knowledgeable in product quality analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Basic knowledge of electronic terms and applications.
• Possess good analytical and statistical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage.
