SECURITY PERSONNEL

Job Summary
 

• Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and property, while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the VIP residences, parking areas, entrances, common areas, back-of-house areas and other designated locations, while remaining alert to suspicious persons, vehicles, activities, safety hazards or unusual behaviour.
• Access Control: Control and monitor vehicle access, verify identification, and maintain visitor records to ensure only authorised persons enter the premises.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems to identify security risks or unusual activities while maintaining strict confidentiality of the VIP and family members.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, assist residents, guests, VIPs and family members, and notify management or relevant authorities when required.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks of CCTV, alarms, access control and security equipment, and promptly report any faults or damage.
• Security Training: Participate in security training and emergency drills to maintain and improve security and incident response skills.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional, courteous and discreet approach when dealing with residents, guests, VIPs and visitors, while ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate security records and reports, promptly report incidents or concerns to management, and perform other duties as assigned.
• We are seeking a responsible, disciplined and experienced Security Personnel to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our VIP residences.

Job Requirements:
 

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant security experience in serviced apartment, residential or building security operations will be an added advantage.
• Former Army or Police personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• High level of integrity, self-discipline, capable to work with minimum supervision
