ACCOUNT CLERK

Job Qualification: 
 

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance,   Business Administration, or related field 
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures is required.
• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, payment processing, or debtor follow-up will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and accounting software is preferred. 
• Able to handle billing documentation, reconciliation, and data entry accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. 
• Possess good work ethics, integrity, and accountability in handling financial records. 
• Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
