AREA MANAGER

Job Qualification:
 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations   Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Possess good planning and coordination skills to ensure smooth delivery and operational performance
• Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned areas (Kuching area)
• Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Description:

• Responsible for driving sales growth, managing delivery operations, maintaining excellent customer service   standards, optimizing route planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations within the assigned   area.
