Job Details
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge in contract administration, procurement, cost control and variation management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Autocad.
  • Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

 

HOCK SENG LEE GROUP - 1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching), Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; At least 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects 2. SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (Kuching), Safety & Health certification by NIOSH, registered with DOSH; At least 2 years experience in safety management preferably in construction industry 3. SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Sarawak), Completed Site Safety Supervisor course, registered with DOSH; At least 5 years site experience at supervisory level in construction industry 4. PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Kota Samarahan), Minimum Diploma; relevant working experience in office administrative and secretarial works; Proficient in BM, English and Mandarin 5. ACCOUNTS OFFICER (Kota Samarahan), Degree / Diploma in Accounting / CAT; 1-3 years relevant experience, able to keep full set of accounts Scan QR to apply
