STOCK CONTROL ASSISTANT

Job Description:
 

• Conduct physical stock counts at retail outlets and warehouse
• Verify physical stock against system records
• Prepare stock check and stock variance reports
• Identify and report stock discrepancies for follow-up
• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory control
• Ensure stock records are accurate and properly maintained

Requirements:
 

• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
• Experience in retail stock take / stock checking will be an advantage
• Experience in inventory or stock control is preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must have own transport and be able to travel to outlets for stock checks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently
