BRANCH MANAGER

Job Description
 

• Manage the daily operations and overall performance of the branch.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the branch team to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and work towards branch targets.
• Ensure customers receive professional advice, timely service, and effective support.
• Oversee job scheduling and installation quality for automotive and building tint projects.
• Manage stock, equipment, branch records, and routine reporting.
• Ensure branch activities follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Resolve customer issues and improve branch processes where needed.

Qualification Required
 

• Proven experience managing a team or business operation.
• Strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to plan work, set priorities, and take responsibility for branch results.
• Comfortable handling operational records and performance reports.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in automotive tint, building tint, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency
• Preferred Male
• Possess own transport is preferred
• Minimum Degree qualification
