OXYGEN PLANT MANAGER

Qualification
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Prefer Chinese Male, Sarawakian

Experiences
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Significant experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a plant or manufacturing environment

Skills
• Computer literate with experience in Ms Excel

Responsibilities
• To oversee the production, distribution and quality control of industrial oxygen gas within a manufacturing facility
• Overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently & safety
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations
• Managing plant operations for production, maintenance, quality & shipping & receiving
• Coordinating plant activities through planning with department managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished
• Implementing cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating, expenditures, manpower, wages & salaries
• Managing capital asset maintenance & establishing & monitoring overall plant performance for production & quality standards
• Monitoring & evaluating workflow & assembly methods, making process improvement
• Overseeing employee safety training & factory compliance with all safety regulations
• Responsible, honestly and work independent

Language
• Fluent in both oral and written English, Malay Language & Mandarin
