QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

Qualification
 

• Minimum basic degree in engineering / applied science
• Pre: metallurgical / material / chemical engineering, materials science)
• Male

Experiences

• At least 5 years of working experience in QC or related field

Inspection & Testing

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure adherence to standards & customer   requirements

Quality Management

• Develop & maintain inspection plans, work instructions & procedures

Data Analysis

• Collect & analyze quality data, defect trends & process deviations to generate reports

Corrective Action (CAPA)

• Identify root causes of defects & implement corrective & preventive actions to prevent recurrence

Audit & Compliance

• Support internal, customer & regulatory audits to ensure ISO 9001 & industry compliance

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S & Kaizen

Strength

• Ability to work on own initiative & to meet objective & tight deadline under pressure
• Able and willing to work on shift 

Skills

• Computer literate with experience in MS Excel, proficiency in CAD software

Language
 

• Fluent in both oral and written in Mandarin, English and Malay Language
