SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
 

• Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety and related field.
• Possess DOSH/JKKP Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) competency certification.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Good knowledge of OSHA requirements, construction safety practices, HIRARC and risk assessment.
• Familiar with site safety inspections, toolbox meetings, safety documentation and incident reporting.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skill.

Responsibilities:
 

1. Monitor and enforce site safety rules, procedures and safe work practices.
2. Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
3. Prepare and maintain HIRARC, safety reports, checklists and other safety documentation.
4. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site inductions.
5. Monitor workers, subcontractors and site activities for compliance with safety requirements.
6. Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
7. Ensure proper PPE and compliance with safe work procedures.
8. Coordinate with Project Manager, site team, subcontractors and relevant authorities on safety matters.
