  • Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience
  • Ability to prepare a complete working drawings and work independently
  • Good understanding of the concepts of construction detailing and building requirements
  • Ability to coordinate and work effectively with other team members
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Experience in submission drawings and local authority requirements in Sarawak will be an advantage
