QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities
 

• Review construction drawings and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-off and material calculations.
• Prepare BQ and project costing.
• Prepare proposed rates and supplier price comparisons.
• Assist in project cost and QS-related matters.

Requirement
 

• Experience in construction, preferably in piping / pipeline works.
• Familiar with quantity take-off, BQ and costing.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to solve problems and take initiative.
• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel including formulas, and able to use AI tools to improve work efficiency.
