  • Provide opportunities for development, acting as a role model and reinforcing desired behaviors
  • At least 5 years experiences in industrial sales
  • Willing to travel
  • Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong leadership qualities 
  • Ensure clear communication and adherence of policy and procedures
