SUPERVISOR/FOREMAN

Location: Bau, Kuching

Primary Objective:
Supervises on-site activities, manages daily operations, proper recording and reporting to management.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors works according to drawings and project specifications on-site
Track daily work progress, labour/machineries hours, material usage, reporting status updates back to management
Troubleshoot on-site challenges, resolve problems, and fix routine errors quickly to prevent delays.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma, or relevant qualification in Construction.
3 to 5+ years of hands-on construction experience with prior supervisory or trade-leadership background.
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, tools, and heavy machinery operation.
Clear verbal communication skills to coordinate between workers, contractors, and project managers.
Excellent time management and planning abilities to juggle multiple daily priorities.
