Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a 
    related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required.
Experience in negotiating with suppliers and handling purchase orders.
Ability to negotiate prices, terms and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Ability to analyze market trends, pricing and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
Ensuring accuracy in orders, contracts and delivery schedules.
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Source and procure materials, goods and services in line with company requirements and specifications.
Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring all terms, conditions, and delivery schedules are met.
Negotiate contracts, prices and delivery terms with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the company.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that necessary goods are available without overstocking.
Assist in conducting regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts or surplus inventory.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
