Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of sales administration and credit control functions for the Company's property development projects.
Administer the end-to-end sales process from booking confirmation, Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), loan documentation and disbursement through project completion and delivery of Vacant Possession (VP).
Coordinate and liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financial institutions, sales agents, valuers and relevant government authorities to ensure smooth and timely completion of sales transactions and legal documentation.
Monitor and follow up on loan approvals, loan documentation, loan disbursements, blanket consent applications, Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), perfection of transfer, perfection of charge and other conveyancing matters.
Prepare and issue progressive billings, statements of account, reminder notices, receipts and other sales-related documents.
Monitor purchasers' progressive payments and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection and minimize outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasers' files, sales records, payment records, legal documentation and system records for reporting and audit purposes.
Handle purchasers' enquiries, requests and complaints professionally, providing timely assistance and appropriate follow-up.
Ensure sales administration activities comply with Company policies, the Housing Development Act (HDA), applicable statutory requirements and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Manage tenancy administration matters, including tenancy agreements, renewals, rental records and related documentation, where applicable.
Prepare sales administration, loan disbursement, collection and management reports as required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in sales administration, preferably within the property development industry.
Good knowledge of property sales administration processes, including SPA, loan documentation, progressive billing, Occupation Permit (OP), conveyancing and related procedures.
Familiarity with IFCA.NET Property Management System will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to adapt to property management and accounting systems.
Employment Terms
This position is offered on a Fixed-Term Contract basis, subject to the agreed contract duration and terms.
