QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Kuching, Sarawak
Responsibilities
Assist in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties such as cost estimation, procurement, and tendering; tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final accounts, etc;
Liaise and coordinate with all consultants and contractors for overall work;
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
Manage the taking off of drawings for cost estimates, tender documents, etc;
Attend meetings and site evaluation as needed;
Assist with any ad hoc duties that may arise.

Qualifications
The candidate must have a degree in quantity surveying;
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Familiar with Glodon TAS/ TRB software;
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills;
Willing to work overtime and travel outstation.
