HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Canaan Square, Kuching

Manage manpower planning and recruitment for 150 chain stores.
Handle full recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide HR advice and support to management and outlet teams.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, staff welfare, and performance.
Coordinate training and employee development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Prepare HR reports and manpower updates for management.
Review and improve HR policies and procedures.
Willing to travel to outlets when required.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or multi-outlet operations.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.

Salary: RM7,000 – RM12,000 (depending on experience)
