M&E COORDINATOR

RM4,500 – RM5,500 / month

PERMANENT • SITE-BASED
Kuching, Sarawak

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience

YOUR ROLE

Coordinate M&E site works, contractors and consultants.
Review drawings, submissions and specifications.
Monitor quality, progress, manpower and materials.
Resolve site clashes; follow up RFI/TQ and inspections.
Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover documents.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering or related field.
3+ years in M&E coordination, construction or building projects.
Able to read M&E drawings and coordinate site installation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
AutoCAD / Microsoft Office proficiency is an advantage.
Electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing or fire protection experience encouraged.
