QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) INTERN 
Priority will be given to candidates who can speak Chinese.)
Sarawak Kuching GALA

Salary:  RM 1000+480 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the QS team with quantity take-off and measurements at the project site. 
Assist in preparing BOQ, quotations and cost estimates. 
Assist in checking site work progress and quantities. 
Assist with progress claims, variation orders (VO) and related documents. 
Assist in checking subcontractors’ work and claims. 
Conduct site measurements and keep proper records. 
Assist the QS team with other site and project-related duties.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. 
Students who are required to complete an internship / industrial training are welcome to apply. 
Willing to work at construction site. 
Basic knowledge of quantity measurement, BOQ and construction costing. 
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. 
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team. 
Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
Fresh graduates may also be considered, if applicable.
