QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Based in Kuching, Sarawak

Responsibilities
Prepare projects monthly progress claim, variation orders and report.
Obtain quotations from contractors / suppliers for cost assessment, analysis and budgeting purposes.
To visit and liaise with site term for site progress verification and progress reports.
handle operational matters related to contract administration duties eg. quotation, purchase order and etc
Qualifications &Experience:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual with the following attributes:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
experienced in contract administration, procurement, cost control and variation management.
Proficient in MS Excel and Autocad.
Attention to detail and able to negotiation skills.
