CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE   (KUCHING)

Job Summary Responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries 
and feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their interaction with the 
company.

Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
Experience in customer service or automotive industry is an advantage.
Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
