QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Sibu
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly progress claims and compile the necessary supporting documents for project progress   reporting and submission.
Carry out quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budget preparation, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction   works.
Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of works to ensure accurate quantity and cost assessments.
Monitor project costs, variations, and expenditure to maintain proper cost control within the approved budget.
Assess and verify subcontractors’ claims, site measurements, and supporting documents prior to certification.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams on contractual, commercial, and cost-related   matters throughout the project.
