Requirements:-

SPM, Diploma or relevant with working experiences
Certificate of Construction Skills Competency - CIMB Malaysia
good discipline in personality, work independently, knowledge of miscrosoft
possess own transport

Fluent in: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is advantage
Scope of Works:-

Oversee & monitoring daily on-site operations, manage work flow
Direct Construction teams and subcontractors
Managing material deliveries
Enforcing health and safety protocols & ensuring projects are completed safety, on time and within budget

Prepare site progress and monthly report with presentation

Remuneration will based on qualification & experience
