BUTCHER - (Stutong or Bau)
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Butcher to join our team at our pork retail shop.
Job Responsibilities:
Cut, trim and prepare fresh pork according to customer orders.
Weigh, pack and label pork products accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the working area and equipment.
Handle knives and cutting equipment safely.
Arrange and display pork products neatly.
Assist customers with their orders when required.
Perform other duties related to daily shop operations.

Requirements:
Hardworking, responsible and physically fit.
Able to work in a cold and wet working environment.
Willing to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
Butchery or pork cutting experience is an advantage.
Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
