QUANTITY SURVEYORS (QS) - Kuching

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :

At least Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Fresh graduate and experienced Quantity Surveyors are encourage to apply

Flexible to work in office and site visit.

RESPONSIBILITY :

To assist/assess tendering process and contract management.

To assist in proposal preparation and submission.

Liaise with different sub-consultant, contractors on costing requirements to complete the proposal in time.

To assist in cost planning, analysis and monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.

Any duties as assigned from time to time.

SKILL/ABILITY :

Familiar with tendering/proposal process and contract management;

Possess initiative, proactive and able to communicate at all levels;

Ability to work independently;

Good command of English.
