DENTAL CLINIC SUPERVISOR

Working location: Kuching, Sarawak

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent patient service, staff performance, cleanliness, and compliance with clinic policies and regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in dental clinic, healthcare, or clinic administration.

Experience in supervising staff is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/clinic management system).

Responsible, reliable, proactive, and customer-service oriented.

Able to speak and write mandarin.
