INSPECTOR OF WORKS: ARCHITECTURAL  - Based in Pasir Pandak, Kuching, Sarawak
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Building, C& S, M& E or equivalent qualification;
Registration with Inspector of Works with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia;
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in site supervision;
Good knowledge of architectural details, materials, specifications, and quality standards;
Familiar with construction drawings, site inspection procedures, and report preparation;
Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, will be an added advantage;
Able to monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications,
and contract requirements;
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Able to work independently on site and liaise with consultants, contractors, and client representatives;
Appointment is based on contract.
