SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Preferably Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
Work Experience: 5 Years Experience
Professional Registration: Registered with DOSH as a Safety & Health Officer (Green Book Holder).
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Excellent knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.
Ability to conduct training, inspections and incident investigations effectively.
Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Plan.
Develop and enforce the companies Emergency Management and Response Plan.
Organize and conduct HSSE training sessions and awareness programs for all employees and subcontractors to foster a strong safety culture on-site.
Monitor, compile, analyze HSSE statistics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions.
Attend and lead monthly HSSE Committee meetings, report on safety performance, incident investigations and any required improvements.
