ARCHITECT

a.    ARCHITECT (Based in Kuching)

Minimum a Degree in Architecture with  2 to 8 years of working experience
Design and develop architectural concepts and plans
Create detailed blueprints, 3D models and technical drawings
Ensure projects comply with building codes and regulations
Collaborate with engineers, contractors and clients/stakeholders
Experience in construction related architecture/project management/contract administration overseeing project progress from conception to completion
Candidates should be highly motivated and willing to participate in a team work environment
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
