ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Plant Engineer, you will manage and operate our Solid Removal and Oil Recovery System plant and EFB press station to ensure smooth, efficient and safe operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor plant and EFB press station to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical and process issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, health and environment regulations.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor production output, quality and efficiency.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in palm oil mill or related industry.
Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and undergo training.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Training at Bau Palm Oil Mill or/and any SRORS site within Malaysia.
Accommodation will be provided by the Company during training.
Upon completion, your primary station will be at Saratok Palm Oil Mill.
