PROJECT COORDINATOR

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Based in Kuching

Requirements:

I.    A recognised degree in Civil Engineering
II.    Minimum 15 years of experience in building project.
III.    Good understanding of building design, construction processes and statutory requirements, with the ability to provide effective technical coordination throughout the project.
IV.    Excellent client interaction and communication skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Able to lead and manage the coordination processes between the design team, client, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure effective resolution of design and construction matters.
Strong coordination and leadership skill, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, identify interface issues and ensure timely resolution of coordination matters.
This position reports to the Project Manager based in Kuching.
